PAYMENT INFORMATION

Terms

The quoted prices for aesthetics procedures include the following: physician fees, anesthesia fees, hospital fees, and post-procedural visits, all if applicable. For aesthetics procedures, you will be responsible for paying the balance in full 2 weeks before the procedure. If you schedule your procedure less than 2 weeks from the procedure date, then payment is due in full. The hospital and anesthesia charges are estimated based on the length of time it takes to complete your procedure as determined by your physician if it is required. The patient is responsible for all hospital and anesthesia fees associated with the procedure and will be charged in the event of any overages.

Non-refundable deposit

We strive to ensure all patients schedule procedures in an efficient and timely manner. A non-refundable deposit of $500 or 10% of the procedure fee (whichever is greater) is required at the time any aesthetics procedure is scheduled.

Financing

With Cherry Financing, you can pay for our procedures in 60 seconds, get approved 80% of the time, and choose your payment option. Forms of payment

All major credit cards are accepted. If a procedure is covered by insurance, our staff can assist to resolve as needed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Consultation appointment

We kindly request that you notify our office as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation appointment.  This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient in need.

A reminder that a fee of $150 may apply for missed consultation appointments without prior notification.

Procedure

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may sometimes require you to reschedule your procedure.  However, late cancellations can impact not only your appointment but also the schedules of other patients and our staff.

To ensure fairness for everyone, a cancellation fee of 50% of the physician’s fee will apply if you reschedule or cancel your procedure less than 30 days before the scheduled time.

Please note that rescheduling appointments is subject to the physician’s availability.
