Dr. Richardson is double boarded in anesthesiology and Pain Management. He is a specialist in minimally invasive surgical procedures targeted at chronic back and neck pain. Dr. Richardson completed medical school at St. George’s University in Grenada, an internship at Greenville Hospital System in internal medicine, a residency in anesthesiology at the University of Massachusetts and a fellowship in Interventional Pain Management at the University of Kentucky. He worked in a large multi-specialty surgical spine practice for over a decade and then left to start a new spine practice with a minimally invasive spine surgeon. Dr. Richardson provided the non-surgical treatment to the practice. After the practice went in a different direction. He founded Southern Grace Precision & Aesthetics as well as Southern Grace Pain & Regenerative Medicine in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina. He wanted to develop a whole body approach to chronic pain and wellness. His comprehensive approach to chronic pain lead to developing a nationally recognized innovation in Aesthetics and Non-invasive procedures.
Dr. Richardson is renowned for devising several exceptional methodologies for a unique class of medical devices. His work has been featured in national media outlets, such as Fox Televised News and Next Inc. magazine. He has lectured on new techniques in non-invasive aesthetics and has published over 200 articles in aesthetics and non-invasive pain procedures including:
